Our retreat includes a structured program that combines meditation, therapeutic practices, and ancient medicine work with modern science. Each part is designed for real, lasting impact.
We believe integration is the most important part. The retreat begins when you arrive, but the real work continues when you go home.
Our team stays with you through that process, supporting you as you bring what you experienced into your daily life. -
Plan to be fully present. Bring comfortable clothes. All bedding, towels, food, snacks, and overall retreat needs will be provided. Bring anything personal that helps you feel at ease.
Our team will be available for an intention-setting conversations before the retreat.
This kind of work goes deeper when there’s time to prepare. If you feel called, we recommend to book your spot in advance rather than making a last-minute decision.

We begin with stillness practices, guided breathwork, and group connection. The day closes with a joyful, heart opening cacao ceremony.Day 2
We sit with Wachuma (San Pedro), a medicine of clarity and direction.
Together we meditate and explore the depth of our own capacity and power.Integration Day
The day after medicine we focus on grounding. Meditation, group integration, a blessing circle, and ice baths help us ground, integrate, and get ready to go home. -
Not really. This retreat is designed to reset, recharge and gain a deep sense of clarity, strength and direction.
What makes this retreat special is the unique moments gained from a group setting. Each person, guests and staff, bring their own magic. Therefore we expect everyone to participate in each part of the scheduled programming.
-
Our goal is to create an intimate group dynamic. Past retreats had ranged between 6 and 18 participants.
-
No! I believe in deep connection by being “you”.
